Notwithstanding anything written in Section 36, the Nepal Government shall initiate action and settle such cases if the deputy inspector of police or officers of a higher rank and police personnel of the same or lower level are organized and commit an offense under this paragraph. A separate police special court may be constituted by publishing a notice in the gazette.
